"...Since 2002 we have been working with Best Systems yearly by budgeting a small amount each year for maintenance and upgrades. We are happy with service we have received, especially when our Raw Pumping station failed on New Years Evening a couple years ago. Another vendor was partly finished installing new VFDs for the RWW Pumps and only had an existing VFD online. That existing drive failed that evening and took out the feed for the MCC in that area of our plant. We called Best Systems for help and within an hour Ken and Carl were both at our plant. They finished the set-up for the new VFDs from the other vendor and put the RWW Pumps online before any backups occurred in the collection system..."
